Julie Duckett

Julie Duckett has over 20 years of work experience in the financial sector. Julie currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BayCare Clinic, where they strategically manage and oversees various financial aspects of the Clinic. This includes leadership for accounting, financial reporting, patient accounts, coding, payor contracting, purchasing, facilities, financial integrity, accounts payable, and payroll. Julie is also a member of the executive leadership team and participates in multiple committees. In addition, they hold positions on various boards and became the Secretary/Treasurer of the BayCare Clinic Foundation Board in 2022. Prior to their current role, Julie worked as a Controller and Assistant Controller at BayCare Clinic, and served as a payroll and accounts payable supervisor and accountant before that. Julie has also gained experience as a financial analyst at Fisher Hamilton LLC and as an accountant at Shopko Stores, Inc. In 2023, Julie will take on the role of President at BayCare Clinic Foundation and become a member of Chief, further showcasing their leadership abilities and expertise in the field.

Julie Duckett attended St. Norbert College from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained the HFMA Business of Health Care® certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in August 2023.
