Jane Alkire

Jane Alkire serves as the Major Gifts Officer for St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation at BayCare Health System since September 2023. Previously, Jane held the position of Vice President Of Development at the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida from March 2022 to October 2022, and served as Associate Director of Philanthropy at Southeastern Guide Dogs Inc from July 2015 to March 2022, where management of a $750,000 portfolio and execution of large-scale fundraising events were key responsibilities. Additionally, Jane was the Director of Youth Market for the American Heart Association from September 2012 to September 2015, overseeing school-based fundraising programs, and also held the role of Director of Development for the HeartChase initiative. Prior experience includes marketing and membership sales at Carrollwood Country Club and a junior buying/planning position at FKQ Advertising. Jane holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, obtained in 2006.
