Lisa Bell

Lisa Bell is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in community benefit and health services administration. As the Director of Community Benefit at BayCare Health System since August 2017, Lisa leads the Community Health Needs Assessment and oversees fiscal impacts exceeding $35 million annually across 15 hospitals. Lisa has also served as a faculty member at St. Petersburg College, teaching courses on public health. Prior roles include Community Relations Manager at UnityPoint Health – Meriter, Community Relations at SSM Health, and Executive Director of the Madison Dental Initiative, which provided essential dental services to vulnerable populations. Lisa holds a Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University and has a strong background in program evaluation and addressing health disparities.
