Rebecca Schulkowski

Rebecca Schulkowski is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and pharmacy management. Currently serving as President of BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel since May 2017, Rebecca has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Surgical Services at BayCare Health System. Previously, Rebecca worked at Riverside Health System as System Director for Perioperative Services, overseeing a $250 million operational budget across multiple facilities. Additional experience includes significant roles at Cardinal Health, Mercy Medical Center, and the John Cochran VA Medical Center, focusing on pharmacy operations and clinical services. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland Baltimore, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University, and attended the Pharmacy Leadership Institute at Boston University.
