Ali Yurtkul

Ali YURTKUL has extensive work experience in financial management. Ali currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BAYDÖNER since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Financial Affairs & Finance Director at SİPİL GROUP from July 2019 to December 2019.

From 2016 to 2019, Ali YURTKUL held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Aves AS, where they were responsible for managing accounting, finance, cost accounting, budget, IT activities, and all other financial affairs. Ali also played a crucial role in managing credit and financial risks for the Group companies, developing and reorganizing the finance team, and leading M&A projects.

Before joining Aves AS, Ali YURTKUL worked at Tukas Food Industry as both Chief Financial Officer (from July 2013 to April 2015) and Accounting & Finance Manager (from March 2007 to July 2013). In these roles, they managed and regulated various financial departments, implemented daily accounting and finance activities, and prepared financial reports and budgets.

Ali YURTKUL began their career at OYAK GM in 2000 as an Equity Investment Specialist, where they worked until March 2007.

Ali YURTKUL attended Ankara University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration. Later, from 2005 to 2012, they pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Atılım Üniversitesi. Additionally, Ali YURTKUL received certifications including the "SERMAYE PİYASASI FAALİYETLERİ DÜZEY 3 LİSANSI" from SPK - Capital Markets Board of Turkey in December 2012, and the "KURUMSAL YÖNETİM DERECELENDİRME LİSANSI" from the same institution in December 2011.
