Ayja Welch

Ayja Welch is a Unit Lead at Bayer U.S. Crop Science, where they continue to demonstrate inclusive leadership within the seed production industry. They have a strong background in budgeting, Microsoft Word, event management, and Six Sigma. Previously, Ayja held positions at Bayer Crop Science as a Production Manager and at DuPont Pioneer as a Senior Research Associate, where they utilized LEAN methods and mentored team members. Ayja earned a B.S. in Natural Resources Environmental Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
