Executive Board Member, SVP & Global Head, Public Affairs, Science & Sustainability - Consumer Health at Bayer

Daniella Foster currently serves as Executive Board Member, SVP and Global Head of Sustainability, Science and Public Affairs at Bayer. Prior to their current role, Foster held various positions at companies such as Hilton, Mars, and the U.S. Department of State.

Foster began their career in 2003 as an apprentice at Portfolio Securitization Capital Group. Daniella then became a research associate at the American Security Council Foundation and eventually took on the role of lead administrator at The Washington Workshops Foundation.

In 2007, Foster joined the U.S. Department of State as their Director of Public-Private Partnerships where they worked until 2014. That same year, they became the Global Director of Corporate Affairs & Science Communications for Symbioscience & Innovation at Mars. Daniella remained in this role until 2016 when they transitioned to Hilton as their Vice President of Global CSR (Acting) & Corporate Foundation Head.

Most recently, Foster has taken on the role of VP, Global Head of Public Affairs for Science & Sustainability at Consumer Health at Bayer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's public affairs strategy with a focus on science and sustainability communications.

Daniella has a Master's in Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor's in Intercultural Communication and Business from Pepperdine University.

They work with Lance Yuen - Head of Consumer Health, China & APAC, Arturo Sanchez - President, Latin America, Consumer Health & Executive Board Member, and Oliver Rittgen - CFO, Consumer Health. Daniella Foster reports to Heiko Schipper, President, Consumer Health.
