Doreen D'Souza

Doreen D'Souza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and project management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Country Head of Global Clinical Operations at Bayer since 2014, Doreen leads a multifaceted department responsible for clinical study management and patient recruitment across various therapeutic areas, including gene therapy. Prior to this role, Doreen operated as a Principal at Doreen D'Souza Consulting, providing strategic insights to pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. Doreen's leadership experience extends to previous positions at Boehringer Ingelheim Canada, GSK, and Novo Nordisk A/S, where expertise in clinical trial management, strategic planning, and international partnerships were demonstrated. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the University of Toronto.
