Frank Claessens

Frank Claessens is the Vice President of Operations for Vegetable Seeds at BASF, where they manage the global supply of seeds and lead various operational functions. With over six years of experience in research and development and more than five years in seed technology, processing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, Frank has held several managerial positions across different disciplines. Previously, they served as Global Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, where they significantly contributed to operational excellence and strategic planning. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory Technology from HAS-Wageningen and a postgraduate degree in Logistics Management from Fontys Hogeschool Venlo.
