Diana Tan

Joined in October 2021. Diana leads the operations team advising Nordic Capital Evolution. Diana has more than 20 years management and consulting experience across multinational blue-chip companies as well as PE-owned mid cap businesses. Prior to joining Nordic Capital Operations Advisory, she was an independent Senior Advisor to various mid-cap PE firms and their portfolio companies in technology and business services sectors, working with CEOs and investors on value creation agendas. She also worked with larger corporations in various interim roles in strategy, acquisition integrations and transformation. Prior to this, she was with BCG London between 2001 – 2008 where she consulted with clients across Financial Services and Industrial Goods sectors. Diana holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSocSc (Hons) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
