Frank Vanermen, MSc, MBA, serves as the SVP, Global Cluster Lead Capex Project Delivery at Bayer, where they lead the integration and consolidation of Capex delivery across the Pharma network. With over 25 years of experience in strategic program management and engineering, Frank previously held roles at Bayer, Janssen Pharmaceutica, and Johnson & Johnson, concentrating on operational investment projects and engineering excellence. They hold an Executive MBA from Antwerp Management School and a Master's in Engineering from BME Ghent. Additionally, Frank shares their expertise as a guest professor in project management at Hasselt University and XIOS.
