Hannes Neumayer

Hannes Neumayer is currently the Manager of Free Operating Cashflow at Bayer Pharma, where they are responsible for the planning and management of the full FOCF statement within all financial processes. Prior to this role, Hannes gained over five years of experience in management consulting, focusing on strategy and business transformation, and held positions at EY and Bayer Business Consulting. Hannes's entrepreneurial spirit was evident early on with the founding and leadership of a company for manufacturing messenger bags, which achieved notable recognition in national competitions. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and a Master of Science in Management from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin, complemented by international studies in various business disciplines.
