Ilenia Bocchi

Ilenia Bocchi has extensive experience in pharmacovigilance, currently serving as the Southwestern Europe Pharmacovigilance Manager and local contact point for Bayer since December 2015, and as the Deputy Pharmacovigilance Country Head. Ilenia also coordinates the Pharmacovigilance Group "Ernesto Montagna" at SIMeF since January 2019. In an academic capacity, Ilenia has lectured on Risk Management and Minimization at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from September 2017 to December 2023. Previous roles include Deputy to the Pharmacovigilance Manager and Safety Monitor at Boehringer Ingelheim from May 2007 to November 2015. Ilenia earned a degree in Biotecnologie Mediche from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2006 and completed a scientific high school diploma at Liceo Scientifico in 2000.
