Ingmar Dorn serves as the VP of Computational Life Sciences Small Molecules R&D at Bayer Crop Science since September 2019, focusing on advancing data science in crop protection. Previously, Ingmar held the position of Vice President of Enabling Technologies at Bayer AG from November 2016 to September 2019, leading efforts in advanced imaging and screening technologies. Prior to this, Ingmar was the Head of Process Technology at Bayer Technology Services from 2012 to October 2016, supporting the Factor FVIII franchise with process engineering and technology development. Ingmar earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology from the Technical University of Munich between 1995 and 1998.
