Janel Petrilli

Janel Petrilli is currently the North America CORE Pharma and Consumer Business Implementation Lead at Bayer, a position they have held since 2025. They have extensive experience in program and systems management, having served as a Global Program Manager and Sr Manager in various roles at Bayer from 2012 to 2025. Janel began their career with a research internship at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2000 and has held positions at Johnson & Johnson and BD, among others. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering with honors from The Johns Hopkins University.
