Jose Llamas

Jose Llamas is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Area General Manager at Bayer since February 2021. Previously, Jose held various roles at Novartis, including Area Business Leader, and at Shionogi Inc. as Associate Director, where leadership and development in sales training were key responsibilities. At Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Jose served as Director, overseeing sales training for multiple care segments and managing a team of National Sales Trainers to enhance onboarding processes. Notably, Jose achieved significant accolades, including five Gold Cup Awards and multiple Platinum Performance rankings. Earlier career experiences include roles at Pfizer, where contributions significantly improved regional performance, and service in the US Army as an officer.
