Kazimierz Bona

Kazimierz Bona has extensive experience in sales and management within Bayer Sp. z o.o., starting as a Sales Representative from October 1994 to October 2002, progressing to the role of Regional Sales Manager from March 2002 to October 2011, where responsibilities included managing an eight-member team and negotiating with distributors. Currently, Kazimierz serves as the Squad Leader for the South Region and Sell in Poland since November 1994. Kazimierz holds a master's degree in horticulture and fruit growing from the Agricultural University of Hugo Kołłątaj in Kraków, completed between 1983 and 1989.
