Linxiao Bai

Linxiao Bai is currently the Lead Data Scientist at Bayer Crop Science, where they leverage extensive experience in data science to drive innovation. Previously, they held positions at Bayer as a Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist, contributing significantly to various projects. Linxiao also worked as a Data Scientist at iFlyTek, where they developed an Anti-Click-Fraud system and participated in data mining projects. Earlier in their career, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center, focusing on public safety and community welfare, and interned as an Analyst at Huishang Bank, where they conducted data analysis and modeling. Linxiao holds a Master’s Degree in Data Science from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
