Manisha Sathe

Manisha Sathe is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in IT analysis, project management, and CRM development. Manisha began a career as an IT Analyst at MCI from May 1996 to May 2001 before progressing to key roles at Monsanto Company, where responsibilities included leading Siebel CRM application development and managing various business engagement teams. In subsequent positions at Monsanto USA, Manisha oversaw significant capital projects and led Salesforce implementations, including a global rollout for the Vegetable Seeds organization. Most recently, Manisha served as the Americas VS Field Force CRM & Data Lead at Bayer Crop Science, focusing on data-driven decision-making and productivity enhancements. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in International Business from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
