Melanie Donguy

Melanie Donguy is the Head of Regulatory Affairs EMEA at Bayer, where they lead a team focused on regulatory strategy and submissions for the EMEA region. Since 2019, they have supported business needs, including digital health product launches and have been responsible for regulatory compliance. Prior to Bayer, Melanie held roles at Medtronic and sanofi-aventis, where they contributed to regulatory affairs, including EU MDR implementation and clinical evaluation strategy. Melanie earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University Paris V René Descartes and a Bachelor's degree from Lycée Louis-le-Grand.
