Melissa Serrao

Melissa Serrao is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and marketing communications. Currently serving as General Manager of Corporate and Marketing Communications at J M BAXI GROUP since March 2022, Melissa previously held the position of Head of Communications at Otis Elevator Co. from October 2012 to March 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing comprehensive communication strategies aligning with business objectives. Melissa's career also includes notable roles as Account Director at Lowe Lintas and Partners, Grey PR, and Euro RSCG India, as well as earlier positions at Imprimis and Blue Lotus Communications Consultancy. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Mass Media degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Wilson College, Mumbai, and has a commerce background from United Indian School.
