Neil Berrisford

Neil Berrisford is an accomplished leader in total rewards and compensation with extensive experience in various multinational corporations. Currently serving as the Head of Group Total Rewards at Bayer since July 2024, Berrisford previously held significant roles at Merck Group as Group Head of People Recognition and Rewards, and at Takeda as VP, Head of Global Compensation. Prior experience includes multiple leadership positions at Novartis, Barclays, and consultancy roles at Willis Towers Watson and Aon Hewitt. Berrisford's educational background includes a BA in History from the University of Kent and an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster.
