Paolo Zanzi

Paolo Zanzi has extensive experience in quality management, compliance, and innovation, primarily at Bayer since November 1999, where current responsibilities as Europe 3 Country Cluster Quality Head include leading GMP/GDP compliance across nine countries and serving as a member of the Leadership Teams for Quality International and Country Leadership. Previous roles encompassed country-specific quality leadership across Southern Europe and initiatives in business process reengineering and innovation. Additionally, Paolo Zanzi has been an adjunct professor at the University of Milan since January 2017, teaching courses on strategies for Industry 4.0 and project management of innovation. Prior to Bayer, Zanzi held positions at Italtel and AT&T Bell Laboratories, focusing on process quality and reliability. Educational qualifications include an electronic engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and a scientific diploma from Liceo scientifico Ferraris.
