Ricardo Wilborn

Ricardo Wilborn serves as the Head of IBP_S&OP for Bayer Crop Science in Latin America, leading the implementation of integrated business planning and establishing a cross-functional community across Commercial, Operations, and Finance. Since joining Bayer in July 2002, Ricardo has held various leadership roles, including Global Trade Excellence Lead and Head of Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence, focusing on enhancing supply chain operations and fostering digital solutions within the Latin American market. Prior to Bayer, Ricardo worked at Unilever as a Senior Logistics Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA in Strategic Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, among other studies in project management and logistics.
