Richard Lourens

Richard Lourens is an accomplished eDiscovery expert with extensive experience in litigation technology and information systems management. Currently employed at Bayer since February 2018, Richard specializes in eDiscovery processes. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Senior Litigation Technology Services Analyst at Reed Smith LLP from October 2003 to February 2018, where responsibilities included project management for electronically stored information (ESI) and consulting on document review setups in Relativity. Richard's career began in the United States Air Force, working as a Personnelist from 1995 to 2001. Richard holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from Robert Morris University.
