Rob Kancilia

Rob Kancilia, CFA, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and international planning. Currently serving as the Director of Transfer Pricing and Business Models at Bayer since October 2025, Rob previously held the position of Senior Director of Transfer Pricing and International Planning at CoorsTek, Inc. from September 2018 to October 2025, and earlier roles included Director of Transfer Pricing. Rob's prior experience at Deloitte spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Manager and Manager in Global Transfer Pricing Services. Rob began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant for Financial Accounting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
