Rodrigo Tetsuo Aoki is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and technology innovation across various roles at Bayer, including Head of Country IT, Head of Technology Enabling, and Head of IT Enterprise Architecture & Technology Innovation. With a strong background in IT project management and application portfolio management, Rodrigo has successfully led IT operations and facilitated the adoption of emerging technologies in Brazil and the Latin American region. Prior roles include Web Development Manager at VoxAge and IT Project Manager at Mestra Gestão em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho.
