Sandeep Sahota

Sandeep Sahota has over two decades of experience at Bayer, currently serving as a Director focusing on qPCR, HTRF, Electrophoresis, Protein Characterization, SEC, and Carbohydrate Chemistry. In addition to this role, Sandeep holds multiple positions at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, including Associate Director for QC Molecular Chemistry and Associate Director for QC Impurity Analysis. Sandeep is also a Co-Lead for the GROW Leadership Team, which aims to enhance the representation of women and foster a culture of allyship in the workplace. Sandeep earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis.
