Scott Bollman

Scott Bollman is the Director of Science Implementation for Bayer's Digital Farming Team, where they lead the development of a global testing strategy that enhances the decision-making capabilities of farmers through advanced data science. Scott previously held various roles at Monsanto Company, including Cotton Portfolio Lead and Microbial Traits Portfolio Lead, where they managed R&D programs and field testing for multiple crops. Scott holds a PhD in Agronomy and Crop Science from Michigan State University, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, respectively.
