Sydney Lane

Sydney Lane, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of reproductive medicine and maternal health, currently serving as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Bayer since September 2025. Previously, Sydney held roles as a Medical Science Liaison and Scientist in Maternal Health at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, focusing on preclinical drug discovery and the development of essential ex vivo and in vivo models. Prior to this, Sydney worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at CCRM Fertility and conducted graduate research in reproductive physiology at the University of Colorado Anschutz. Sydney's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Integrated Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University. Early experience includes participating in research at The Johns Hopkins University and working as a museum assistant at Homewood House Museum.
