Tara Stonebarger

Tara Stonebarger is a leader in Quality Risk Management and Knowledge Management at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, currently serving as the Director of Quality Risk Management since June 2020. Tara has built a robust career advancing through various roles, including Associate Director and Sr. Project and Systems Team Manager, where they focused on quality risk management, project execution, and regulatory compliance. With extensive experience in production activities, process validation, and strategic oversight, Tara has designed programs that enhance agility and risk-based decision-making within the organization. Tara is also continuing their education at the University of California, Berkeley.
