Thalys Santos is an experienced Agile Coach at Bayer, where they lead and scale agile transformations in new business models within the Agricultural sector in Latin America. They have empowered teams to foster autonomy in agile culture, resulting in improved business deliveries and operational efficiency. Prior to their current role, Thalys held various positions at Bayer and Vallourec, focusing on process engineering and project management. Thalys earned an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
