Thiago Alves is currently the VP and Head of Seeds Production for Latin America at Bayer Crop Science, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Thiago accumulated extensive experience at Syngenta in various leadership roles related to corn, soybean, and supply chain management from 2012 to 2013. Thiago possesses a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Supply Chain from the University of Warwick and a Master's degree in Crop Science and Plant Breeding from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Additionally, Thiago is pursuing an MBA in Digital Business at Universidade de São Paulo.
