Victor Betanzos Perea is an experienced transportation and operations manager with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the RC & CP Transportation Manager at Bayer Crop Science since January 2020, Victor oversees transportation operations for various business lines in Mexico. Previously, Victor held roles at Monsanto Company and TRANSPORTES Y LOGÍSTICA BOLIO SA DE CV, where responsibilities included establishing operational disciplines, ensuring compliance, carrier development, and business monitoring. Victor's early career included positions at DHL Supply Chain, where expertise was developed in carrier scouting, route planning, and cost-saving projects. Victor holds a Master's degree in International Trade and Business from Universidad del Valle de México and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from the same institution.
