Wes Hays, MBA, CCA, possesses extensive experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in soybean product management and agronomic services. Previously, Wes Hays served as Vice President of North America Soybean Product Management and U.S. Soybean Portfolio Lead at Bayer. Prior to that, Wes Hays held roles at Monsanto Company, including Global Technology Development Recommend Lead and Technical Agronomist. In addition, Wes Hays was Commercial Product Director for Agronomic Services at The Climate Corporation and President/CEO of Hays Ag Services, L.L.C. Wes Hays holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Studies from Iowa State University.
