Dr. Benedikt Haas

Dr. Benedikt Haas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dr. Benedikt began their career as a studentischer Mitarbeiter at BPU Betriebswirtschaftliche Projektgruppe für Unternehmensentwicklung in 1989. In 1991, they became a wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Deutscher Bundestag, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Haas served as a persönlicher Referent at the Bayerische Staatskanzlei. Dr. Benedikt then moved on to the Bayerisches Staatsministerium der Finanzen, where they held the role of Leiter Ministerbüro from 1998 to 2001, and later as Referatsleiter from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Dr. Haas joined BayernLB as Bereichsleiter Konzernentwicklung & Vorstandsstab, a position they held until 2010, when they became a Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung at BayernLabo. Dr. Benedikt worked at BayernLabo until 2013, when they returned to BayernLB as Bereichsleiter Personal. Dr. Benedikt went on to hold the roles of Leiter Bereich Konzernentwicklung & Transformation and Global Head of Human Resources & Corporate Development, the latter being their current role as of 2023.

Dr. Benedikt Haas has demonstrated expertise and leadership in various areas of corporate development, transformation, and human resources throughout their career.

Dr. Benedikt Haas received their Vordiplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Kiel University in 1989. Dr. Benedikt went on to complete their Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1989 to 1992. Dr. Benedikt then obtained their Promotion degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1992 to 1995.
