Library and Research Team

The Library and Research Team at Bayerische Staatsbibliothek is responsible for the acquisition, preservation, and cataloging of rare and historical manuscripts, books, and other archival materials. They conduct scholarly research, provide academic support and resources, and oversee the maintenance and restoration of the library's extensive collections, ensuring their accessibility for future generations. Additionally, the team offers guidance and education through lectures and training at the Bavarian Library Academy.
