Dr. Christine Straub

Dr. Christine Straub is a legal professional currently serving as a Referentin in the Rechtsabteilung at Bayerische Staatskanzlei since September 2023. Prior experience includes work as a Richterin at Landgericht München I from May 2022 to September 2023, and extensive training as a Rechtsreferendar at various institutions, including Kammergericht Berlin and Bundesverfassungsgericht. Dr. Straub completed a doctorate in Familienrecht at the University of Mannheim, where earlier education also included degrees in Rechtswissenschaften and Unternehmensjura, as well as certifications in yoga teaching.
