Umar Iqbal

Umar Iqbal has several years of experience in software engineering, specializing in fintech solutions, microservices architecture, information extraction tools, full stack web development, and IoT research. Umar has worked for various companies, including Bayes Esports, Arbisoft, The ENTERTAINER, FunnelBeam, Ebryx (Pvt.) Ltd., Errander, Information Technology University, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, and Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development & Transparency (PILDAT). Umar has been recognized for their contributions, receiving awards such as Employee of the Month. Umar possesses a deep understanding of the fintech domain and has leveraged their expertise to translate sophisticated solutions into Python libraries and design new features. Additionally, Umar has demonstrated their skills in machine learning integration, REST API development, technical training, project management, malware analysis automation, software testing, technical writing, and teaching assistance.

Umar Iqbal completed their education at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Before that, they attended Punjab Group of Colleges in Lahore from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their F.Sc degree in Pre-Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Umar received a certification in Project Management from OTHM in January 2022.
