Liam Pennells

Liam Pennells currently serves as an HR People Partner at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists, where representation of the people function occurs within the senior leadership team. Previously, Liam held the position of HR Business Partner during a six-month secondment at Bupa Cromwell. Prior to that, Liam worked as an ER Consultant at Bupa from February 2020 to May 2023, providing professional employee relations advice within an award-winning team. From July 2011 to February 2020, Liam functioned as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at HR Caliber, a consultancy serving diverse sectors. Earlier, Liam served as a Recruitment Manager at Reed in Partnership and as Operations Manager at Leeds Bradford International Airport Ltd, where responsibilities included HR management, crisis management, and budgetary control.
