Ginette Koeck (Miller)

Ginette (Miller) Koeck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ginette started as a Classroom Teacher, working at Hinds County ISD from 2011 to 2013, and then at Aldine ISD from 2009 to 2011. Following their teaching career, they transitioned to the hospitality industry and worked as a Bartender/Server Trainer at Applebee's from 2012 to 2013, where they were recognized as Trainer of the Year in 2009. Ginette then entered the education sector as an Admissions Representative at Education Affiliates from 2013 to 2014, where they recruited, interviewed, and counseled students and their families. After that, they worked as a Resource Manager at Bayforce from 2014 to 2017, attracting and retaining quality candidates. Ginette then became the National Recruiting Manager at Safe Haven Security Services, Inc. from 2017 to 2018, focusing on providing a positive experience for candidates and implementing best hiring practices. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Delivery, National Accounts at Bayforce, where they oversee recruitment and delivery for SAP and IT Contract Services projects and positions, manages a team, and conducts full lifecycle recruiting.

Ginette (Miller) Koeck pursued their education from 2004 to 2009 at Minnesota State University, Mankato. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a specialization in Elementary Education and Teaching.
