Allison McMaster

Allison McMaster is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at Bayhealth since July 2023. Prior to this role, McMaster worked at the Delaware Department of Justice from June 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy State Solicitor and leading the Defensive Litigation Unit. Experience also includes positions as Associate Attorney at Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. and Saul Ewing LLP between 2014 and 2019, as well as a Law Clerk for President Judge James T. Vaughn, Jr. at the Delaware Superior Court from September 2013 to August 2014. McMaster began a legal career as an Enforcement Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Elementary Education from Norwich University.
