Keisha Morris

Keisha Morris has a diverse work experience that includes roles in talent management, workforce development, leadership coaching, program management, instructional design, and training and development. Keisha has worked in various industries, including healthcare, non-profit, consulting, government contracting, finance, and education. Keisha has a strong background in designing and implementing training programs, developing instructional material, and providing strategic insights to senior leaders. Throughout their career, they have focused on equipping associates with professional skills, promoting team building and change readiness, and incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts into training materials and practices. Keisha has also led site integration projects, developed communication literature, managed websites, and coordinated leadership development and career enrichment programs.

Keisha Morris is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Leadership at Regent University, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2024. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Life Coaching at Faith International University from 2015 to 2018. Keisha also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business Management from Howard University, although the dates of attendance are unspecified. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Everything DiSC® Certification, Hogan Assessments Certification, and Pixel Perspectives + 360, among others. The years in which these certifications were obtained range from 2012 to 2023.
