Kyle Benoit

Kyle Benoit currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Bayhealth, where responsibilities encompass system-wide Planning and Business Development, Corporate Support Services, Supply Chain, Outpatient/Ambulatory Services, Service Lines, and Sussex Campus Operations since January 2025. Previously, Kyle held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Riverside Healthcare from February 2014 to January 2025, overseeing clinical services and managing a team of over 500 staff. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Surgical Services at the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System, where Kyle led a team of 140 in perioperative services. Additional positions held include Director of Business Operations for Perioperative Services and Administrative Fellow at UI Health. Kyle earned a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
