Louis Garzarella

Louis Garzarella has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to engineering, facilities management, and technical training. Louis currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Facilities and Plant Operations at Bayhealth since 2017. Previously, they worked at AstraZeneca as Sr. Director of Site Engineering and Facilities Management from 2000 until their current position. Prior to that, Louis worked at Delmarva Power as Manager of Technical Training from 1996 to 2000, and at Electric Boat as an Engineering Supervisor from 1984 to 1995.

Louis Garzarella has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Louis also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
