Lindsay Rhodenbaugh has an extensive work history. Lindsay started their career as a Pastor at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in 1988 and worked there until 1995. Lindsay then moved on to be a Pastor at Our Savior's Lutheran Church from 1995 to 1997. Lindsay transitioned into higher education, becoming the Director of Church Relations at Thiel College from 1997 to 1999, and then the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Thiel College from 1999 to 2000.
