Rachael Ali-Permell

Rachael Ali-Permell, MHA, RRT, NPS, ACCS, AE-C, is an experienced respiratory therapy professional currently serving as the Manager of Respiratory Therapy at Bayhealth since October 2013. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Assistant Director of Respiratory Care at Northshore LIJ Health Systems from April 2001 to 2012 and then became the Director of Respiratory Care at Long Island Jewish until 2013. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Cardio Respiratory Science from Upstate Medical University.
