Morgen Phillips

Morgen Phillips is a versatile professional with extensive experience in branding, marketing, and management. Currently serving as the Owner of Wellspring Tavern since September 2023, Morgen aims to create a fantasy-inspired community in the Pacific Northwest while selling related wares. In the role of Senior Brand Strategist and Marketing Project Manager at Baylii Branding since June 2021, Morgen drives brand development and operational success. Previously, as Marketing Manager at Madak, Morgen supported a team in brand development and produced educational content for an online course. Early career experiences include roles in writing at WalletHub, office management at Hoover Commercial Refrigeration, and visual merchandising at Old Navy. Morgen holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Western Washington University and has also attended the University of Washington.
