Doug Miller

Doug Miller is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in security, governance, risk, and compliance. Currently serving as the Executive Director of IT Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance at Baylor College of Medicine since May 2017, Doug has previously held key positions at Enbridge, Inc. as Manager of IT Planning & Governance, where an IT PMO was established, and at WD Management Services as a Senior Consultant focusing on strategic planning and project management for various clients. Doug's earlier roles include Director of Support Services at LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Inc., and various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where capabilities in PMO, IT finance, continuous improvement, and operations management were developed. Doug holds a BS in Business from La Salle University.
