Ana Padial

Ana Padial is a highly experienced IP lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Baylos since March 2023. Previously, Ana held the position of Socio-Partner and led the Barcelona office of Arochi & Lindner from January 2012 to March 2023, as well as directing the litigation department in Spain. Ana's career in industrial property began in 1998, focusing on strategic advice and dispute resolution in administrative, civil, and criminal matters related to trademarks, copyrights, patents, industrial models, advertising, and unfair competition. Prior to Arochi & Lindner, Ana was a Socio-Partner at Pinto Ruiz & del Valle from July 2000 to December 2011. Ana holds a degree in Industrial Property from the University of Navarra and has further education at Universitat d'Alacant.
